The gourmet restaurant Bel Etage, with its intimate "salon character" in the historic rooms of the Truchsesserhof from the 18th century, offers a seasonal, product-oriented, and unpretentious gourmet cuisine of the highest standard. The four interconnected rooms can accommodate up to 80 guests. Each room can also be closed off individually for smaller groups of up to 25 people.
